This started as a one off batch flavor. Then folks wanted another batch. And another. It was around the fourth "one off batch" that we realized that maple wood smoked onions and Vermont grown chili peppers makes for some fabulous hot sauce. Also a 2-time Hot Pepper Award Winner!
All Butterfly Bakery Vermont hot sauces are made exclusively with Vermont peppers. BBVT began mass producing hot sauces in 2015 and within two years was the largest purchaser of Vermont peppers. Check out all the great sauces from BBVT here.
