Blair's Original Death Hot Sauce is the patriarch of Blair's entire Death Sauce line, born in 1989 when Blair was working at a bar. He created the sauce for chicken wings called Wings of Death, and the rest as they say is history.
Nowadays, Blair's Original Death Sauce is actually one of the milder (but still hot) sauces in his Death line, deliciously balancing the right amount of heat and flavor to complement a meal without blistering your tastebuds. Made with fresh and ripe Habanero, Cayenne, and Chipotle chillies, this sauce makes a great table sauce and perfect partner for typical bar foods.
